2 During the time of mensuration girls can drink lukewarm water to get relief from stomach pain.Actually during mensuration stomach muscles get stretched and warm water relaxes stretched muscles to give relieve. 

  लड़कियों को पीरियड्स के दौरान अगर पेट दर्द हो तो ऐसे में एक गिलास गुनगुना पानी पीने से राहत मिलती है। दरअसल इस दौरान होने वाले पैन में मसल्स में जो खिंचाव होता है उसे गर्म पानी रिलैक्स कर देता है।

3  Tepid water helps the body to get rid of toxic ingredients. Drinking tepid water in the night after the meal and in the morning before having breakfast helps improving immunity of digestive system by getting rid of problems like constipation and gas. 
 
 गुनगुना पानी पीने से शरीर के विषैले तत्व बाहर हो जाते हैं। सुबह खाली पेट व रात्रि को खाने के बाद पानी पीने से पाचन संबंधी दिक्कते खत्म हो जाती है व कब्ज और गैस जैसी समस्याएं परेशान नहीं करती हैं।

A glass of lukewarm water is very helpful in improving the appetite. Juice of one lemon in a glass of lukewarm water with pepper and salt will destroy heaviness of the stomach in no time.

 भूख बढ़ाने में भी एक गिलास गुनगुना पानी बहुत उपयोगी है। एक गिलास गुनगुना पानी में एक नींबू का रस और काली मिर्च व नमक डालकर पीएं। इससे पेट का भारीपन कुछ ही समय में दूर हो जाएगा।

5 Drinking of lukewarm water empty stomached gets rid from urinary problems.Warm water is like nectar for the people suffering from Gas and other stomach related problems.

 खाली पेट गुनगुना पानी पीने से मूत्र से संबंधित रोग दूर हो जाते हैं। दिल की जलन कम हो जाती है। वात से उत्पन्न रोगों में गर्म पानी अमृत समान फायदेमंद हैं।

6 Lukewarm water improves blood circulation by increasing temperature of the body and making all the toxic elements come out from the body through sweat.

 गुनगुना पानी के नियमित सेवन से ब्लड सर्कुलेशन भी तेज होता है। दरअसल गुनगुना पानी पीने से शरीर का तापमान बढ़ता है। पसीने के माध्यम से शरीर की सारे जहरीले तत्व बाहर हो जाते हैं।

7  Patient should not drink cold water while suffering from fever. Drinking of lukewarm is more beneficial.

 बुखार में प्यास लगने पर मरीज को ठंडा पानी नहीं पीना चाहिए। गुनगुना पानी ही पीना चाहिए बुखार में गुनगुना पानी अधिक लाभदायक होता है।

8  A glass of warm water taken with Celery gives instant relief to the person suffering from pain due to gas.

 यदि शरीर के किसी हिस्से में गैस के कारण दर्द हो रहा हो तो एक गिलास गुनगुना पानी पीने के साथ अजवाइन खाने से गैस बाहर हो जाती है।

9 Most of the intestinal diseases are caused by contaminated water. If the water is boiled and left to come to room temperature  before drinking, diseases of the stomach will never be able to flourish.
 
अधिकांश पेट की बीमारियां दूषित जल से होती हैं यदि पानी को गर्म कर फिर ठंडा कर पीया जाए तो जो पेट की कई अधिकांश बीमारियां पनपने ही नहीं पाएंगी।

10 Drinking of warm water is very useful, it helps to get rid of Cough and cold-related diseases.
 
गर्म पानी पीना बहुत उपयोगी रहता है इससे शक्ति का संचार होता है। इससे कफ और सर्दी संबंधी रोग बहुत जल्दी दूर हो जाते हैं।

11 In Asthma, hiccups, throat diseases etc. and after eating fried/roasted foods, drinking of warm water is very beneficial.

 दमा ,हिचकी ,खराश आदि रोगों में और तले भुने पदार्थों के सेवन के बाद गर्म पानी पीना बहुत लाभदायक होता है।

12 In the morning drinking a glass of warm water mixed with a lemon to get Vitamin C is good. Combination of hot water and lemon strengthens the body's immune system.

  
सुबह खाली पेट एक गिलास गर्म पानी में एक नींबू मिलाकर पीने से शरीर को विटामिन सी मिलता है। गर्म पानी व नींबू का कॉम्बिनेशन शरीर के प्रतिरक्षा तंत्र को मजबूत करता है।

13 A glass of lukewarm water for a day is an amazing tonic for head and scalp as it hydrates the scalp of the head to end the problem of dandruff.

15 Hot water is also very helpful in weight loss. An hour after eating, drinking of drinkable hot water improves Metabolism. In-fact the combination of honey and few drops of lemon with warm water can get you  slim body.

Top 10 benefits of Tulsi ( Ocimum tenuiflorum )

         Tulsi also known as basil leaves, is a fairly common plant in Indian households. Considered holy by many religions, the tulsi plant is revered for its divine properties.
Besides praying to the plant, a number of people advice including the leaves and roots of the plant in various medical decoctions.

Cures a fever: Tulsi has very potent germicidal, fungicidal, anti-bacterial and anti-biotic properties that are great for resolving fevers. It has the potential to cure any fever right from those caused due to common infections to those caused due to malaria as well. In ayurveda, it is strongly advised that a person suffering from fever should have a decoction made of tulsi leaves. In case of a fever boil a few leaves of tulsi with powdered cardamom in half a litre of water( The proportion of tulsi to cardamom powder should be in the ratio 1:0.3). Let it reduce to half its total volume. Mix this decoction with sugar and milk. Sip every two to three hours. This remedy is especially good for children.

Beats diabetes: leaves of holy basil are packed with antioxidants and essential oils that produce eugenol, methyl eugenol and caryophyllene.  Collectively these substances help the pancreatic beta cells (cells that store and release insulin) function properly. This in turn helps increase sensitivity to insulin. Lowering one’s blood sugar and treating diabetes effectively. An added advantage is that the antioxidants present in the leaves help beat the ill effects of oxidative stress.

Protects the heart: Tulsi has a powerful anti-oxidant component called Eugenol. This compound helps protect the heart by keeping one’s blood pressure under control and lowering his/her cholesterol levels. Chewing a few leaves of tulsi on an empty stomach everyday can both prevent and protect any heart ailments.

Beats stress: According to a study conducted by the Central Drug Research Institute, Lucknow, India, tulsi helps to maintain the normal levels of the stress hormone – cortisol in the body.  The leaf also has powerful adaptogen properties (also known as anti-stress agents). It helps sooth the nerves, regulates blood circulation and beats free radicals that are produced during an episode of stress. People who have high stress jobs can chew about 12 leaves of tulsi twice a day to beat stress naturally.
